Grenadine - Dash Orange juice - Top Amaretto - 1/2 oz Malibu - 1 oz Pineapple slice - Garnish Strawberry - Garnish
Highball
Shake Malibu, Amaretto, and Orange Juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Add Grenadine and garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and a Strawberry.
Sour mix - Top Amaretto - 1 oz Southern Comfort - 1 oz
Pour the ingredients into an ice filled glass and stirr well.
Honey - 1 spoon Lemon juice - 1 oz Sugar rim - Garnish Bourbon - 1 oz
Create a sugar rim on the edge of the glass. Pour the ingredients into an ice filled shaker and shake. Strain into the glass and serve.
Grapefruit juice - 1 oz Calvados - 1 1/2 oz
Shake and strain into a chilled glass
Orange juice - 1 oz Gin - 1 1/2 oz Lillet - 1 1/2 oz Orange Bitter - 2 dashes Cherry - Garnish Orange peel (shreded) - Garnish
Shake with ice and pour inte an ice filled glass. Garnish and serve.
Anisette - 1 oz Bourbon - 1 oz Vermouth (dry) - 1 oz
Pour the liquer into the glass and stirr.
Grenadine - 3 dashes Angostura Bitter - Dash Gin - 1 oz Pernod - 1 oz
Pour gin and pernod into a glas and stirr. Dash bitter and grenadin.
Pineapple juice - Top Vodka (mandarin orange, tangerine) - 1 oz Stirrer - Garnish
Pour the ingredients into an ice filled glass and stirr.
Cranberry juice - 2 oz Sour mix - Dashes Peach liqueur - 1 oz Vodka - 1* oz

Pour the ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain into the glass.
Pineapple juice - 1 oz Blue Curacao - 1/3 oz Rum (white) - 1/3 oz
Pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, Rum (white) or Gin.
Amaretto - 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy - Dashes Gin - 1/2 oz Grand Marnier - 1/2 oz Kahlua - 1/2 oz Rum (white) - 1/2 oz Tequila - 1/2 oz Triple Sec - 1/2 oz Vodka - 1/2 oz Lemon slice - Garnish
Old Fashioned
Pour all ingredients over ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon
Sour mix - Dash Blue Curacao - Dash Gin - 1/2 oz Rum (white) - 1/2 oz Triple Sec - 1/2 oz Vodka - 1/2 oz
Shake with ice and serve on the rocks
Coconut milk - 1/3 oz Milk - Top Amarula Cream - 1 1/3 oz Cherry - Garnish
Lime juice - 1 oz Apricot Brandy - 1 oz Cointreau - 1 oz Lime circle - Garnish
Pour the ingredients into a shaker and shake. Strain into a glass and garnish.
Bailey's Irish Cream - 1/3 oz Cr?me de Menthe (white) - 1/3 oz Kahlua - 1/3 oz
Layer in a shot glass
Orange juice - Top Banana liqueur - 1 oz Sloe Gin - 1* oz Southern Comfort - Float Cherry and Orange - Garnish Stirrer - Garnish Straw - Garnish
Pour the ingredients in an ice filled glass. Stirr then float and garnish
